Our Private Sourcing service is designed for those seeking garments and accessories that require a more considered search. Whether locating a rare designer piece, assembling a wardrobe for a milestone occasion, or finding a singular vintage garment with a specific vision in mind, each request is approached with patience, discretion, and thoughtful curation.

The Process

Following your reservation, we invite you to share a detailed description of the piece (or pieces) you are seeking. Send reference images, preferred designers, colors, sizing, materials, and any additional details allow us to conduct a more informed search to info@vestigevintage.com.

Within three to five business days, we will respond with an initial consultation outlining the possibilities and recommended next steps. Because every request is unique, fulfillment timelines vary according to the rarity and availability of each piece. Throughout the process, we remain in close communication as the search evolves.

Investment

A non-refundable sourcing retainer of $50 reserves your request and is applied toward your final purchase. Pricing is determined by the scope of the search, the rarity of the requested pieces, and current market availability. A final invoice is provided once sourcing has been completed and selections have been confirmed.

Due to the customized nature of this service, all purchases are considered final. Each vintage piece is carefully evaluated and selected for its quality and character and may display subtle signs of age that reflect its history and authenticity.
