1. Processing Time:

  • FREE LOCAL PICK-UP IN SOUTHWEST FLORIDA
    We’re excited to offer free local pick-up for customers in Southwest Florida. Pick-up instructions and location details will be shared once your order is ready for collection.

    1-3 BUSINESS-DAYS SHIPPING FOR INDIVIDUAL ITEMS
    Orders for individual items are processed and shipped the 1-3 business dayS after purchase.

    CURATED AND PERSONAL STYLE BOXES
    Shipping for curated and personal style boxes is completed within 14 days of order placement and the submission of any required forms or information. This ensures we have time to select and prepare the perfect pieces for you.

    SPECIALTY STYLE BOXES
    Shipping dates for Specialty Style Boxes are determined on a case-by-case basis, based on the unique requirements and details of each order. We’ll communicate with you directly regarding timelines for these custom boxes.

    PROCESSING DETAILS
    Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order begins processing.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days
    • Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipping Carriers:

  • We use a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. International Shipping Policies:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Sage Blossoms Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Shipping Restrictions: Some products may not be available for international shipping due to size, weight, or import restrictions.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Sage Blossoms Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

  • We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
